I have had 3 charlie horses since my pregnancy started.
Always when I first wake up in the morning and am lying in bed.
The first 2 were very harsh and extreme. My calf's hurt for a week afterwards.
The last one was not as bad and I think I caught it in good time to massage the muscle, so my calf only hurt for a day.
I have been walking 3 times a week or more for an hour at a time.
I've read that stretching helps, so I definately need to do more of that.
It's hard to stay motivated to work out when I am so tired.
