It started on thursday and all throughout the weekend I had a pinched nerve in my left buttock and around the area.
Very painful and couldn't do much around the house.
When I did feel good, I would do things and go overboard and then it would strike again.
Resting by laying down seemed to work the best.
Today is not bad at all and I was up at 4 am.
Worked out this am and now the work day is going well.
I think the stretching and resting has helped.
I haven't had a pinched nerve pain like that since High School.
